In my first blog post, I mentioned that Ellen DeGeneres is one of my favorite people to watch. She is a role model to all of us, and her #Bekindtooneanother mantra is something to live by.

Here are some of the things that I like to do…

• Give hot chocolate to oudoor workers when it’s cold.
• Buy the gas station attendant a bagel and coffee when you see them early in the morning.
• Call someone when something reminds you of them.
• Send a funny card in the mail.
• Add a little note to a suitcase or a lunch bag.
• Inspirational tokens as a little supportive boost.
